Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe your content was removed (or access to it was disabled) by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification with the following details:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.

  2. Identification of the content that was removed or to which access was disabled, and its location before it was removed.

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification.

  4. Your full name, address, phone number, and email address.

  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if outside the U.S., then to a jurisdiction where we are located), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice or their agent.
